But I really want to go to the university of washington so I study hard but I didn't know that she had no clue who Columbus was I mean jeez knew about him at what the age of 3....I should bring this up with my perents they already know she needs to put her educaton above her friends but if it is this bad....

This whole business of 70% making an A in England makes me want to spend my senior year in college in England all the more.

By the time you get into College here, it's all about the percentage, not the grade. You have to get 70 at the least to get into a half decent college. If you want to get into a great one, like the one I want to go to, you have to get 85 percent at the least. Fun times ahead!
