like, i dunno, this has been bugging me for a while now. you always see the orphanages in movies and stuff, but theyre always older movies, and ive never heard of an orphanage being built/burned down/overrun/anything, really.

so, do orphanages even exist anymore (and if so, are any in america, or are they all overseas?)
