It's called "Rocket Boots"

I could make a publicity of these... "Who needs a horse when you have Rocket Boots"

Probably some of you have already seen this, but... it's still cool

you can try it! just download PJ64 and the OoT rom. Then add this cheat:

D01C84B5 0010

801DB258 0042

its name is "Press R to run fast" so that's why he dashes while shielding.

okay, here's how you do it: download it from this site Emuparadise

then download PJ64 and add this cheat whose name is "Press R to run fast"
