Mirror Shield from link to the past.

So I'm doin the last crystal and completed it. Simple? but then I relised "wait I should of gotten a new item" so I looked on the internet to see what it is so I found out it was the mirror shield but no matter how hard I looked I couldn't find how to get it so please please please with a cherry on top tell me how to get it. The mirror shield is the dungeon item from the 7th temple in the dark world. Turtle Rock. I cant explain exactly how to get it, so try looking up a more thorough walkthrough.
