LoZ desktop

before hyrule.net got its make over it used to have this really sweet program that would change your desktop items and such into a LoZ:WW theme, and I thought it was really cool! what i'm wondering is what happened to it and if someone knows how to make a program like that.

The old hyrule.net is still up. but it isn't hyrule.net...

what is it then? land ofthelegend is undergoing some kind of work, but i never though that site was much good anyway, some nice wallpapers yes, but newswise at least, entirely bare...they had e3 stuff at the top in june!
