The Two Blades

My friend and I like making up stories and poems

Heres a poem... thing... that we made

Within the lands of Calathine,

Upon the mountains, lies the shore.

It’s here the blade sits and waits,

Those gleaming shards of silver hate.

Only one shall pull it,

Only two know who,

Yet the world knows where it lies,

Though few have seen it with their eyes.

The Dwarfs them self’s had forged it.

The elves alone did hide it.

An unlucky mage had named it.

The Slain of Calandor.

Calandor had fled in the shimmer of this blade,

Its wielder long forgotten in this time and age,

Though not remembered this is true,

The Slain of Calandor, always, shone through.

Let it lie unforgotten,

upon the mountain, within the shore,

May those who seek seem hesitant,

of why they seek The Slain of Calandor.

While the wrong, remember.

While the right, forget.

Those who seek this blade,

Might soon, be dismayed.

For as long as tales have told,

The blade cannot be lifted.

From it’s simple resting place,

Until the two step forth.

For when these two come forward,

The unknown one shall appear.

And the world shall slowly realize,

That they must all stay, in fear.

If they fall within his path,

They shall never see another day.

The blade it’s self is wicked,

Never knowing of remorse.

No sympathy shall be shone,

For those of whom it shall fell,

For it feeds upon the souls,

Of the wicked deemed for hell.

One of good shall bring forth,

The only brother of Slain,

Forged by the Dwarfs, hid by elves

Never named by the mage.

Though caring, the blade of no name,

Shall clash with Slain,

This good shall be followed,

By two whom have been claimed.

From the town of Lorea,

Shall arise a guardian to contend,

With the might of the Unknown Lord,

Wielding a power of forgotten lore.

the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th stanzas are mine the others are my friends.

And its been edited a little by me to try to make it make sense...

Oh and its not finished... but tell me what you think anyway

Oh and also I know its not Zelda but yeah...
