When i get the water level up to the highest level (i think), I'm STUCK!!! HELLLLPPPP!!!!!!!

I don't remember a lot from OoT, but I do remember the Water Temple was very annoying and hard to complete.

Use your iron boots to sink to the first floor, and head back to the room where you met Ruto. Unequip your iron boots, and you should float back up to the third floor. Play Zelda's lullaby in front of the picture on the wall in this room to completely drain the temple.

That is where most people get stuck,

if that doesnt work just try and enter every room at every possible level of water.

if you go through it all again you will find what you missed.
