The Seeker: The Dark is rising

The seeker: The Dark is rising is about a young boy who finds out one day when he turns 14 that he is a mystical being called: "The seeker". As the seeker, he must find 5 symbols to combat the villain. The only problem is, he must find the sixth symbol, but he doesn't know where it is. And the clock is ticking....for he has 5 days to retrieve the symbols before armageddon.

Personally, I found this movie ok. The action's flavor was like that of a pint of spice, offered in little sprays. That is, to say, that this movie, in my opinion, didn't have the same action quality as, say, Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter.

But, I'm pretty sure if this movie gets enough money, a sequel is inevitable.

I give The Seeker: The Dark is rising 3 stars.
