I noticed a lot of people making chat topics, So I decided to make a universal chat topic. It's for anyone who doesn't want to go onto chat and if their chat is glitched up for some reason. (Like me)

I actually think having a topic for chat related things is a good idea, though I'm not sure how much it'd get used.

If you're linked actually worked I could see what you were trying to say....

didn't want to work before, the url boxes didn't like it for some reason, fixed it now though.
