I agree with cel as well, they should be famous for what they actually do, not get attention for other unrelated things. Half the time they don't want the extra attention either, the other half they abuse it...

I agree. Paris Hilton is an idiot. How did he even become famous? She's never done anything of real importance in her life, except go to jail.

I'm still mad at her...and Vanessa because they were 2 of my favorite actors...I thought Jamie was better than her b**** of a sister. It's like the moment someone is famous they go on a road to doom. Just once, I want a famous person to make good choices! To not do something sttupid like start drugs or drinking, or getting pregnant at an early age! I've always wanted to be a singer, not to be famous but because singing is something I love to do! But....it makes me think that if I DO ever become famous....that I'm gonna do something stupid like this!

Ok. A few things. Jamie Spears says that the father is her "long-time" boy friend. Shes 16, so that means 1-1.5 years. Now, I'm 16, and I've had sex, and I've had a couple of pregnancy scares. It happens. It is likely that she is pregnant. Doesn't make her a **** or something similar. Chances are that she told her mum/dad and it somehow leaked to the press.

The stupid thing is keeping the baby. At 16 she is not ready for the responsibility.

Second. Since someone mentioned Vanessa Hudgens, I have to say that its not what it seems like. Hundreds upon thousands of girls let their boyfriends take naked photos of them. Again, these leaked to the internet and things got out of control. She is 18 and in no way a child. The media hyped it up into "Amateur Porn" and made it seem like she was 1) being paid or 2) posted the pics herself.

All stories in the media must be looked at with an health amount of skepticism. Anything that seems unrealistic should be assumed as much and everything should be approached with an open mind. The chances of a teenage pregnancy is not that absurd. And the average 16 year old has sex quite often if he/she is in a relationship. More so if they believe that the relationship will last.

Well I feel somewhat ignored.

Ok. Out of all of teenagers in the world. At least 60% have done drugs and gotten drunk. Being a celebrity does mean that they should behave more. However, can you imagine the sheer pressure of having cameras following you all the time? Try to think about how your life would be if whenever you tried to be a normal teenager and push your boundaries, the paparazzi take it and extrapolate it. Scandal sells. This is a fact, but "Jamie meets a cute guy" does not sell as many papers and magazines as "Jamie's hot new boyfriend".

The media always stretch the truth.
