the wii uses dolby logic 2, so no surround there i don't think.

The speaker in the controller is darn good surround sound though, it must be said.

sorry, dolby 2 logic whatever IS surround and should sound very good. There's also the controller which makes it even better.

No headphones for the wii-mote but there is volume control.

well its going to use standard av cords so any simple radio sold outta walmart with av input can be used for surround sound, so all 1, 400 watts of pure beauty will be blasting through my speakers come november 19th..... ahh, its a good feeling, plus however many watts my tv puts out... i cant wait....
