It's not going to work; My friend and I once asked Sony to make Jak 4, and they never replied. If you want them to make your game, you need to be prepared for a load of paperwork; Copyrights, stuff like that. Oh, and the original makers of Quartz can sue you.

I actually almost bought a copy in the Philippines after seeing one. I was like, "Wow. This is fake." Turns out the creator actually spent two years of coding on it, and specifically said on the back that it's a hack.

yea, nintendo i think said that they wont be releasing anymore pokemon rpgs, but im sure after the patent goes dry, maybe never, the quartz creators wont be sued. they are screwed
