well, i just can't figure out the right passage to get to the mirror shield. i've tried what seems an infinite amount of times. can someone please give me the right passage?

Trial and error is how I got through it. I'm sorry that I can't help more. Just go back to the first day, play the song to slow time down, and keep at it.

i'll try giving it another go now, seeing as i gave up after i got so close, yet i went the wrong way at the end, and died...

well i used a walthrough for stne tower temple, but not in the well...

i was just rather fortunate, got the big poe and reached the end without too much trouble.

When you reach

The King of Ikana

dont bother attacking his guards,your sword has no affect. Use a fire arrow on the curtains on the wall. light should come out of the window. then use your mirror shield on the light and reflect on the guards. then use your sword on the king

The king then teaches you the elegy of emptiness

Accually, you have to do all that,

and shine the light on Igos Du Ikana to defeat him, and he teaches you the Elegy of Emptiness.

Thats it. Simple.

Though you can have fun fighting them while you're at it too.
