All those extra things dont add up to the 200 billion so the rest could go to medical research or more cancer research or something.

It's sick.

that image certainly helps put things in perspective.

and now, a limerick:

'Walk on', by the Aussie hip hoppers Hilltop hoods.

'The fumes of hate rise globally but will it cease

The day we try and find a little peace within the Middle East

We shadow their borders yelling deplete their arms

Its just war for black gold so they can grease their palms'

Are you saying that if we just put a lot of money into something, it has to go away sooner or later? Giving cancer research more money won't neccesarily solve the problem, and may even turn out to be a waste of money. Also, one good thing you people are overlooking is that the funding for preschools is more than triple the funding for the 9/11 security, which shows that less money is going into controversial measures like illegal wiretapping, not to mention that 100 billion dollars is going into providing universal healthcare. before you complain and deem our nations fundings as sick, you should take time to look at everything on that chart.
