Mario Kart Wii Details

New Scans from Famitsu show some new information from the upcoming Mario Kart Wii, which seems to have become the official title. The title will include mii support, a picture of which can be seen after the break. There is also an image which would suggest that you will be able to use the gamecube controller for the game if you wish, however, there is no decisive proof.

The Japanese release date is now reported by many Japanese sites to be the 10th of April, but Nintendo have yet to comment on this. The rumoured date for the UK is the 25th of April, however nothing seems to have come up in regards to the US date.

New features such as Motorbikes, 12 players at once and an online battle mode have already been confirmed

EDIT: The April 10th date has been confirmed, it was Nintendo UK that had denied it, there's no point beleiving them at all...

Also, some course names have been announced:Coconuts Mall, DK Snowboard Cross, Kinoko Canyon, Kinopio Factory, Luigi Circuit, Mario Circuit and Momo Country
