Although we are an armed force, we do believe in means of negotiations and peaceful settlement. Although the details of our organization are classified, we can disclose that we draw members from 20 different nations and have a combined force of 1000 strong, fit for service.

To put it into perspective for you, we have total control of your network and this site. Fortunately, we are a very understanding kind of peoples. Now, physical action may not take place for weeks, months, or even years. However, you may see us in the news soon. It is good to remember this in your daily activities.

EDIT: For some clarification, all citizens of claimed territories are given full freedom, by the rights and morals core of the socialist movement. Do not worry, all your rights and freedoms are the same as they were before the initiation and release of the PANDA Project.. for now, it is merely the recruitment stage.

EDIT2: If our intentions were not made clear through the key words of socialism, we find that the state of the world is rather repulsive. Capitalist societies and nationalistic pigs prevent a great unification. Once they are eliminated there remains room for us, the PANDA socialists.

We have a grand unification theory that the world will soon become quite acquainted with.
