Yah, I'mma makin' another army!!!
You don't need to know what Deltora Quest is; That information will become clear through your membership.
I won't be making ranks, but smaller "Tribes".
The tribes are:
Del tribe:
This tribe lives in the city of Del, around the palace.
Ralad tribe:
Small, blue-grey people with tufts of red hair on their head. They live in the underground city of Ralad.
Plains tribe:
These people live on the outskirts of the Plain of the Rats. They don't live as one group, and have some strange examples of people.
Mere tribe:
They live in the city of Rithmere, near the Shifting Sands.
Dread Gnomes:
These people are more like dwarfs, rather than gnomes. They live in hand-dug caverns in Dread Mountain.
Torans:
Torans live in the marble city of Tora, and have powerful magic ability.
Jalis:
Thought to be wiped out in the time of the Shadow Lord, these people were found enslaved in the Shadowlands and are the bravest and strongest fighters in the land.

The Shadow Lord is basically a deity which was trying to take over the land. His domain is the Shadowlands, beyond the northern mountains.
