I tried to go on hyrule.net for a long time, and it says the site is down or i'm not allowed here. Now today I try it, and I can get on. Was I banned?

Not that I know of, you have a 0% warning level, so It doesnt look like you were banned, plus when users are banned, they usually know they've done something wrong.

Perhaps something wrong with the internet on your computer?

do you remember the exact error it gave you, when you couldnt get here?
