Wii shop channel hack?

Now before you dismiss it as a hack, look closely at the bar on the side, and how he's ON youtube, but the scollbar looks Wii - ish, and he can scroll left and right.

I swear, this HAS GOT to be what Nintendo intended the internet channel to look like. I only wonder why and how they decided to make it the way it is now......

What do you think? Do you think it's a hack, or do you agree with me and think it's the beta internet channel? State your opinions and reasons why you think that. Claiming it says "Hack" in the title DOES NOT COUNT.

I think he hacked it so he could go on the internet channel while the wii shop channel is loading. But I don't know, that would be really stupid. He could just wait three seconds for wii shop to load! I don't know.
