Fire & Ice Arrows

I need help on getting the fire and ice arrow in Wind Waker. I tried warping to Mother & Child Isle, but nothing happens. I tried getting 99 arrows then warping to Mother & Child Isle, yet nothing happens. Can soomebody help me? Thanks.

Ok. Sadly i've beeten WW, and now i'm going to help you.

If you have the iron boots go to ice mountain, do the task, and then head to fire mountain.
