I have IRC running and linked to the webchat. Check it out at irc.hyrule.net with standard IRC ports (6667, 6669, 7000). The channel is #Zelda

u buy a server... it can be hosted by someone else or you can buy a server computer... u really don't use it because it's the server it hosts everything for that server.
