Does it have to be free? I'd point you toward Blitz Basic. It's fairly easy to learn and simple. It's also geared toward game programming, and I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. It's also kind of expensive.

There are several different versions of it.

Umm.. Thanks, but that's not exactly what I'm looking for. Im looking for a language that is free, and allows me to get the size (X,Y) of a picture, allows me to get the specific color of a certain pixel, and will allow me to use my own colors using RGB style. Thanks.

AHEM! Thirteen thankyouverymuch. I'm trying to learn C++ but I lost my book on it.
Python is booooring.
Maybe I can learn PHP. Or ruby.

I would like something that is not as hard as java.
