I'm kinda concerned about this 13 year old girl I know going out with a 17 or 18 (I'm not sure exactly) year old guy. The girl is positively in love with the guy, and the guy is sorta like "...uhhh ok"... So what do you think? Bad? Good? Rape?

That has the potential to be a disaster. That girl setting herself up for heartbreak. Although I don't think it will escalate to *illegal*, it could end badly.
