That's like my cousin. He was like, really really chubby, maybe even obease, but then over time he started to loose weight. He joined a soccer club, participated in more sports at school and started to eat healthier. Now he is super slim.

I'm not fat, no, and neither am I chubby, but rather bordering on the line between slim and slightly chubby. I would like to loose a few kilos, mainly for one of my cousins weddings (I'm one of her bridesmaids smile.gif ) but being a type 1 diabetic, I have to eat certain carbohydrates, protein, and sugers at certain times. If my BGL (Blood Glucose Level) goes too low, I have to eat suger straight away to get it back up. So you can imagine that if I go too low too many times what would eventually happen. I could also do a cheat way to loose weight, but it's not healthy at all. Even if it has good results.
