Oh hey this is the elvish/Mordorian language from Lord of the Rings.

At first I thought some of the characters were familiar, but I couldn't quite discern it.

But then the two graphs Min and Hobo put in here clarified.

Any person of reasonable intelligence could tell that this isn't even a very creative script.

Any person of reasonable intelligence could tell the difference between Norwegian and Swedish.

Any person of reasonable intelligence could translate Russian with no previous experience in the language while there is a bomb in their van that is sinking slowly to the bottom of the ocean and the only way to get out is to translate a Russian manual of how to stop the bomb and get to the surface of the water without getting the bends.
