Auru and Rauru

Have enyone noticed that Rauru (that weird Sage from OoT) and Auru (that weird guy from the group of Telma's Bar) are really similar?

Maybe this have no point but really, they look almost the same and their names are quite similar. Maybe Auru from TP has something to do with Rauru from OoT...

Is just like Impa and Impaz from OoT and TP, they just put people with similar names in similar situations or something, but why?
