Zelda Music Contest

I'm going to be running a new competition looking for some great original(ish) music for Zelda 2D

Essentially what I would like are various pieces of music that I will be able to use as background music during the game. The music itself can either be a remix of an existing Zelda tune (think death mountain trail on Twilight Princess) or a completely original one that fits.

I will judge the best songs and any that are put into the game will receive credit (in the end of game credits) and 1000 rupees (this may go up if dustin is willing to help or i find that lousy jackpot in the deku tree) and any other decent entires will receive 200 rupees (also possible to go up).

Currently Im Looking for:
-Battle Music
-Music to Accompany an Assault course type thing

THIS HAS TO BE YOUR OWN MUSIC, YOU CAN'T SUBMIT OTHER PEOPLE'S WORK

This is going to be a long running contest over the time period that i make Zelda 2D and the winner won't be announced until the section of the game that uses the music is about to be released.

Once I get a guitar I'm gonna start playing some of the zelda music,but I'm going to have to wait for at least my birthday,which is Sept1st.
