Rupees are currently only available as gifts from Hyrule staff. You will soon be able to win them by playing games, winning contests, and so on. These will likely be used as Hyrule currency which you can trade in for gifts, prizes, and virtual items.

it's a tricky one, it's plural so technically its "are", but spelling and grammer are counted collectively as a group so it can also be "is", things like that get confusing though...

Back on topic, I might donate (although it might be tricky if i win because i live in england) once i get some more money in my account, i just bought a DS lite, but I should have enough to put in next time i can...
