Dark Link

I dunno, I felt like making a topic, so...

I wanted to know your stratagy for dark link (oot)

mine was to, for the first part, use din's fire a bunch, then, when he started fighting back, I used the megaton hammer.

he was really quite easy that way.

what was your approach?

I use Din's Fire too

I have never used the Megaton Hammer... is it that useful?

But yeah, I use Din's Fire until I don't have any magic left, then I use the biggoron's sword to smash him!

I just rolled toward him without locking on to Dark Link, and swinging my sword right as the roll ended...and when that didn't work, I sidestep his attacks, and immediately swing.

Using the Biggoron's sword usually gets the job done, but when I feel like messing around, i like to use bombchus and Din's fire.

I beat him once using only my sword, though. It's fun to see how long you can last with just your sword.

You can beat the Shadow Temple first out of all the temples it doesn't need anything special... but I'd get the Bow first, since probably no one in the forums knows how to do the "Super Slide" to get across the gap instead of shooting the bomb flowers to get the little bridge

Anyway, I'd use the Infinite Sword glitch and just run towards him watching him backflip many times, it's quite funny how many he does in a row...

Yeah, I use the Master Sword and only the Master Sword every time.

Seriously, you just keep stabbing at him and he won't even defend himself.

Next time I play OoT I'll battle Dark Link using only the Master Sword, let's see how that ends
