Lol, the first time I fought him, I tried using just the sword, but I eventually got smart enough to use Din's Fire, so that's how I beat him...with Din's Fire then the Master Sword when my magic ran out (I had the small magic meter, didn't know the bigger one even existed at that time... ).....it's really too bad that I didn't think of using the Megaton Hammer....

spinning attack. lots and lots of spinning attacks. i used the megaton hammer and that didnt work, so i just decided to spin

I used Din's fire quite a bit. I also went at him with my sword with out Z-targeting. It was tricky.

yeah, the only problem wit meggaton hammer was that he falls through the ground then pops up behind you.

that got annoying but alls u gotta do is run a way real quick...

That is definately the quickest/easiest method!

This is my most favorite fight in the game, I would challenge myself and fight him "fairly". Just combat rolls, blocks, and attacks. Once I killed him (or when he killed me), I'd reset and do it over again
