When you add backgrounds and other items, you can move them forward or backward using the layers. This lets you pick what is on top of what. Just keep sending the background backwards or 'deeper' in the layers so it's behind your person.

EverQuest.It was an MMORPG made by sony that a crapload of people were obsessed with until World of Warcraft came along.Then a crapload of people were obsessed with WoW.I like WoW better.Sony tried to beat WoW with EQ2,but,they were going up against Blizzard,yes I said BLIZZARD,the people who drempt up Diablo[if i remember right].WoW came out ontop of EQ,and now not very many people know about it anymore.Which game do I prefer?WoW,of course.
