If it is temples, then definatly the Water Temple. That sucked.

Water temple wasn't really THAT hard they just put the keys and then doors in really confusing places...

If we're talking about the original I would say Shadow temple, lousy eye of truth puzzles confusing me...

However, on OoT master quest the spirit temple was absolutely crazyily hard...still did it though without going mad...

Nywayz, I still think the shadow temple isn't as hard as the water temple... The water temple is annoying and the boss is harder! I mean, Bongo Bongo's easy!
