Virtual console artwork

This is apparently offical artwork for the virtual console, i doubt it somewhat but it's a very odd and interesting piece of artwork nonetheless

Few odd things at first glance

1) no sign of link, mario, sonic, samus or Zelda (or Tingle phew)

2)ROB is in the pic (with a triforce on for no apparent reason), although I don;t see how that will work with the virtaul console consdering he was a peripheral...

3)as far as i can tell, the only visable zelda characters are kapora gebora and ganon (I think bottom right, might be wrong)

I don't see either Samus, Megaman or any final fantasy characters

even if, some megaman badguys, Metroids and a moogle is in the picture

yep, notice luigi is in the pic as well, but no mario.
