Dare: Perhaps we could have a bit of a mix here... Get a Decent Glass/Cup and fill it up with milk (Rotten OR Well) up by 3/4 and Crack open an egg (Drop the yoke in... If Eggs aren't available... Ketchup is a good sub), Then we could use some cheese or any other type of lunch meat (I recommend Cheese), And perhaps just a drop or two of your favorite non-dairy or water drink (Soda or Juice perhaps?)... Stir up the contents until you're content with it (You'll be content when it's mostly liquid-ish. Store it in the Freezer for 1hr-1hr 30 minutes (If Frozen, Let thaw). Drink the Contents...
