Color of Master Sword

Hi everyone. I am new to the forums and this is my first post so don't flame me. Have any of you noticed that in Ocarina of Time the Master Sword is purple and in The Wind Waker it's blue? I realized this a while ago and thought I should post it.

Wait. If in OoT it was purple and TWW it was blue and in LTTP it was red, then those are three of the elements from MC. If that is true then shouldn't Link have a green sword in TP?

I think the MS is more of a blue color in TP, good theory though.
