Hyrule.net Wii Custom Health Boot Logo!

Hey all,

I was looking for answers, and I found them!

New Image:

(Removed original Image atm)

That... is gonna be the Custom Health Boot screen Logo. For Wii! :D

Why may?

Since it is very dangerous at the moment to hack/play with it...

And I don't like to brick my Wii...

As I already said make your own as well! ^_^

SIZE: 608x456 !!! (Else I can resize it... but still.)

I soon will install it once I finished... And Installed it...

Also, I used tools to extract the things with and pack them with... I'm not a great hacker...

But I'm just experimenting. :)

Really EVERYTHING can be changed... but may the other thing is even dangerous than the other...

I figured out how to work with transparency but way too dangerous... so I won't put it into System mods...

(Channel brick is easy and not dangerous to unbrick, so that is where I did test transparency on. :) )

And Claire can do C++... (But they both aren't that good I think to make U8 tools etc...? :P )

I'm feeling so bad at those things... but I will do these things once...

(Also, there will be a fade of "Press A to Continue" In the image... witch IS change able too... but way harder... and no full extract tools for... so with blind eyes... I got to make it to work :P )

On Unclyclopedia there is a flashing seizure image. That would be good for a laugh when you turn it on.

Yeah,

There is a easy and safer Installer in developing... I would create my own if I could do C++ (I shoul edit it from the source to make a stand ready easy, Hyrule, Custom Health Installer)

But I can't, well... may I can... :rolleyes:

Anyways,

It should be safe... but not warranty AND You should be on a specific firmware (Each one I will give out may should be different on regio and version of firmware)

I will do it in very soon... :)

Just the Healthy to Install yet! :) I edited the Press A ;) (With some another guys them help I tested it with chance to brick and worked :) )

How do you test the software? Do you have to transfer an executable over to the Wii with an SD card every time you want to test it or what?

Yes via a SD Card ;)

Ways to do it:

The very very first method was: SD Gecko: It was a Gamecube format MemCard Where you could insert a SD card in... (Sad only in some rare japanse games you could save with it...)

Via TP Hack (First Homebrew running method) you could Use SDGecko full support...

After a short while we Used the Front SD of the Wii self! :D

(Around here USB Gecko came... with ables you to load Homebrew .dol / .elf trough a USB and many more things!)(Via HBC/TP Hack)

After that FTPii came... Witch ables you to Transfer files from the SD card to PC and from PC to SD card :D ! (No SD card reader need!)

TP= Twilight Princess

HBC= HomeBrew Channel

ATM I use FTPii ^_^ Really nice Homebrew App!

And that's cool. It makes me want to try hacking consoles now. But I don't want to risk breaking it... I don't really care about my PSP though. I could try to hack it. Though it would be really hard. Oh well. It's a cool thought anyway.

Sadly I'm not in PSP yet...

And, Wii Hacking like these things I show/do are really safe!

Just:

Your Wii need to be 3.2 (Downgrade if you are higher)

And you need to Install:

Twilight Hack (Always keep this save on your wii!) (Yes you need Zelda TP Wii Game)

Homebrew Channel

Starfall

Preloader

Than some other Homebrew apps

Recomming:

Oh, and some Wii dumps:

Your keys (easy to dump with a Homebrew Tool)

Wii File System (the decrypted NAND) (Wii_FS)

NAND Dump (both two Nand files I'll expalin if you start hacking)

And just incease... backup your Channels and Saves... (even uncopy able onces are able to copy with homebrew)

(I proably have a lot of Spelling foulds in this Post)
