    About Keifer Sutherland, I like him more than David Hayter as Big Boss, or at least for the Big Boss in this game. I just can't see David Hayter's voice working well with how Big Boss looks now. I think the reason Snake doesn't talk much is that they didn't take into account that Keifer Sutherland is not a David Hayter, but he is a famous actor and costs significantly more.

    So the general consensus I'm seeing is:
     
    The gameplay is absolutely unparalleled. There is no game that has ever topped this.
     
     
    However, the story is nothing.

    I wanna just wait and see like, how the game will function and play and stuff before I make judgments, but I want to point out that the wrist things look fairly nice, and the lights on them are pretty bright as well. For those it comes down to cost.

    DaDog is a wall hacking machine who can detect enemies anywhere so long as they are close by. He's incredibly overpowered, absolutely broken, needs to be nerfed, banned from tournaments.

    Alright, Log Horizon is absolute trash, literally worse than SAO, and even it's opening theme is absolutely horrid. Listen to this crock of shit.

    Alright so puppy Cascade because now I have actual interest in this stupid crock of shit which means I HAVE to play it.

    So because the internet at this library is bad and public and bad, I can no longer access my Steam library because I can't log in to Steam.
    So, since I only have like, 25 or so more days until I move into my apartment, and a few more days after until I start my shiny new job, I have more than enough bullets to kill anything that moves time to finish Etrian Odyssey 4: Legends of the Titan.
    MAN is this game tough. I'm exceptionally skilled at RPGs, especially when they're turn-based, but this game, even on FILTHY CASUAL MODE (the easy difficulty is literally called "casual mode"), this game is still managing to kick my ass all around my face. Regular enemies are super tough since they start doing status afflictions really early on, and status afflictions are reeeeally overpowered in this game. Poison afflictions can take out 1/3 of your health instantly, it's so bananas, and there's enemies that can Panic your entire party, meaning that they're attacking whoever or whatever all willy-nilly. And it doesn't help that your EXP bar just creeps up so slowly throughout the game. I never had to grind in my last playthrough, but that must just be because I got lucky. It's a tough, tough game.

    A lot of poetry I've been writing has been written while listening to Etrian Odyssey music, especially the music from the Untold titles. Betting it All, Shiver, The End of the World, all have inspired and set the mood for what I've been writing recently, but so far Battlefield's Awakening has been a favourite of mine. It's just such a good battle theme <3

    Recently I'd been having issues with Skype, and suddenly today it just stopped functioning. Apparently someone or other puppyed up on their end. This is a pretty big thing, and I hope it gets resolved soon.

    I just beat Pokemon Alpha Sapphire again. I wasn't looking forward to it because I hate the endgame bosses in this game but oh well. I had to so I could get evolutionary items on the resort island. Time to fill the regional dex.

    I'm listening to the Ground Zeroes version of Love Deterrence, a song which appeared in Peace Walker. I didn't know that it was originally a gross Jpop song, in fact when I first heard the original I thought it was some weird remix. But no, it's a gross Jpop song. I don't know where this would ever fit in Metal Gear, and I can't imagine what scene it would play in.

    I had a bottle of shampoo in my suitcase I store in my locker but for some reason the top popped off and soaked all my clothes in shampoo. Goofy ass shenanigans.
