i don't have any pictures currently, but we currently have our own mouse problem. i will be updating with pictures, but for now i'm taking saha's advice with getting a humane mouse trap. still not entirely sure what the best food to use is, so i took a tip from a site i found that suggested peanut butter and cheese. we named him roger. he was so scared when we saw him that he ran into a wall... poor thing.

I placed it in the same place as last time, and just as I was about to take a nap, after I turned off all the lights, I heard the trap slam closed. It was like a minute after the lights were off. They're very opportunistic apparently.
 

 

 
I only used peanut butter this time. It's a lot easier. I'm sure there are more, but for now I'm planning to release the ones I do catch out in the local park a couple miles away. But idk what to do with this mouse so I'll try and empty out a space for it that it can't chew through. I've dealt with my escape artist hamster for awhile so I'm sure it'll be fine overnight. It's a little cutie. Too bad I know for a fact it is scared for its life and is freaking out in there, especially from the lights being on.

I hated the point system. My manager gave me a full point because I had an asthma attack and a seizure at work, he called an ambulance to take me to the hospital, then gave me the point for "leaving early" he then used all my vacation days instead of filing ,my short term disability. The union was absolutely useless in helping me fix that and I came back on a final written.

Also too many people just abused it, juggling points. Anytime they got "sick", immediately short staffed for three days. Wait till the points fall off, take more days off, rinse, repeat.

That being said, that manager was being investigated for some shady shit and I got to help on my way out. He got demoted to RSC and moved to a store in a shit location.

I actually just saw oddisee on Spotify. I'm still not sure I'm totally into hip hop, but I'll always feel compelled to listen to it. I tend to like the poppy, soulful stuff, or experimental-sounding stuff. Not much of a lyrics guy personally, so I tend to be more compelled by interesting sounds than what's being said. So rap is often lost on me, though I like hearing rap, just for how it all fits together so well. It's impressive, and it's smooth on the ears.
 
Your song's good, I enjoyed it. I like when I can actually feel other genre influences in music, and I'm totally feeling the jazz and soul in this track. R&B maybe? I feel sometimes I don't know as much as I'd like about genres.
 
I don't think I posted this, but this is one of the few tracks by Death Grips I totally dig, while hip hop is the subject.
 

 
I watched the review for the album by TheNeedleDrop, and in it he compared a lot of Death Grips' themes and even their treatment of fans as being somewhat like BDSM. This song seems somewhat abstract, but when you think of it in those terms, it becomes somewhat easier to understand. It has all this build up that really gets people going, but with no payoff. No climax. It builds people up to expect some transformative release, but it's all build up. Like a feeling that doesn't go anywhere, stimulation with no result; an inanimate sensation. The title fits. I just love how fitting. The concept really interests me more than anything else.

I am reticent on whether or not to post this. I’m not sure what can be gained from doing so, besides venting. But at the very least I’ll write it. I find the act of writing out your thoughts on something can often bring new clarity to it. The last week or so has been pretty tough. I’ll have to give some context to this for it to be adequately understood.
