ANIMAL rights campaigners hit out yesterday after a drunken teenager who microwaved a kitten walked free from court.

I know. I would have sentenced him to jail at least. Rather than banning him for seven years, giving him community service and then letting him go.

Probably is. But owning a bow and arrow is fin if it's only for fun rather than killing.

But just look at the crime rates. Less children getting shot in schools in Scotland than in America. But I guess it probably happens from time to time.

I think I'll keep updating the news from Scotland because it's obviously not going to reach you any other way.
