They're in the multiplayer (Donald and Goofy), and maybe a few scenes, but they aren't part of the main story in this one. As said, they're in a machine, sleeping.

^I never saw Micky Mouse because I never got the game. All I saw of the game was a trailer well I never "saw" it, but I did hear it. The song was annoying though.
