Turn Zora, go in some water, and swim. Quickly Levitate out of the water and into the air and keep on hitting the button to swim. I always do that to travel.. Sorta.. I remember when I was trying to get into Snowpeak's dungeon.. I went Goron and rolled/fly over there.. But I never made it until I learned that there was a goron blowing air at me. And I did the horse thing with Oni Link too.. But I like Deku More...
