I found them every time I wento to a new area. It would be easier to help if you told us which one you're missing.

Te ones I remember right now:

The first one is part of the story.

Zora's River, near the passage way that leads to Hyrule Field.

Death Mountain. (I don't quite remember where this one is)

Hidden Village, you have to enter one of the houses and break the window with a jump attack to enter the back yard.

Gerudo Desert (don't remember...)

The first skill is the Finish Move, and you learn it automatically. This is the skill no one ever mentions...

The shield attack you pretty much have to get so...

The Back Slice is in Zora's river area of Lanayru Province. You can reach it after you thaw the river

The Helm Splitter can be found in North Faron Woods on your mission to find the master sword.

The Mortal Draw is near lake hylia basin on a cliff south of the warp spot:you must climb the ladder to reach it

The Jump strike is in snowpeak south of the burrow spot that leads to the cave

The Great Spin is on the west side of the Hidden Village

Actually, It doesn't matter what order you do the stones in, the skills are learned in the same order.

Correct, I just put them in the order that they appear in the game.

except the last one on the list, which actually you recieve first. Just to clear that up.
