Hmmm... For me, I'd have to say that it's a tie between OoT, and TP; Ocarina of Time because of it's well made storyline and all, and Twilight Princess for Link's wolf form and Midna's part in the game, and also her background story. (I like Midna, okay? If you don't like it... well, who should I care, anyways? )
