Errr....Termina and OoT Hyrule are already connected, they're sister worlds. That's why everyone in Termina looks exactly like everyone in OoT, except for the few new characteres they added (Kafei, the Deku Kingdom, Darmani, Mikau). Anju is the cucco lady, Kaepora Gaebora makes an appearance, probably with the same name, I dont think you need to get a new name for an owl, Romani and Cremia are Young Malon and Old Malon...

It's a parallel world of Ocarina of Time's. Nintendo already confirmed this.

Actually, that mountain is really there. He tinted the color from purple to a black.

But look in your game, that mountain is right there.

I think that the mountain might be Woodfall, but I'm not sure.

Perhaps Termina is on the other side of Death Mountain. . .

Maybe, but paralel world doesn't mean to be in "another" world?

parallel doesn't mean that, it means that it doesn't really exist in the "real" world, it was a world created by majora. Not sure why majora's trying to a fake world, but Link being the hero that he is is willing to save the world and its people, even if it doesn't really exist.

ps. Link doesn't know it's a parallel world by the way.

Majora didnt create Termina at all, we dont even know where Majora's Mask came from (unless you count the manga, which I dont). If anything, the Four Giants created that world, and the Skull Kid came and visited them, it explains that in the game. Majora isnt faking anything, he was just trying to destroy it. It exists, it's just an alternate version of Hyrule.

I think that they are simply different kingdoms. Hyrule is probally somewhere southeast of Termina because that would line up the deserts, and lake hylia with the enterance to the great sea.

I think it is more of a North West since Link entered Termina through the forest.

does no one remember the fall link takes at the beginning? that's what sends him into the parallel world, it's not on the planet.
