...That when you were younger that Link was Zelda because you were never old enough to understand the story. I did ^^.

I didn't. People STILL think that Link is Zelda. People are so dumb!

The Wall Street Journal thought Link was Zelda. I'll post the article if I can find it.

*raises hand* Yup. I distinctly remember when I was six asking my cousin "Is that Zelda?" "No that's Link" "So who's Zelda?" "The princess and Link is going to save her. She only appears in this game about 2 or 3 times" it was OoT "Then why is it call Legend of Zelda and not Legend of Link" "I don't know because he's saving Zelda?" "But he's doing all the work. Either he should be Zelda or it should be Legend of Link"

I was a silly six year old sweat.gif

I did, yes. And I thought Master Chief was called Halo too.

I think it's called "Legend of Zelda" because Zelda's a princess and Link's just a little peon. Yeah.

Zelda II is Adventure of Link though. That's kinda close.

Me and my best friend (we always played zelda when we were young, haha.) used to call Link Zelda, but we knew he was Link and Zelda was the princess. We stopped after I moved to Canada and learned English
