I've had to deal with viruses before. I'm not that great with computers, but I can always use my laptop to google solutions. I helped a friend with a virus once, by putting Avast onto a flash drive then having her install it. We were lucky her computer booted at all that time. My old hp computer in first year wasn't so lucky. for some reason I couldn't get sound or internet on it for months, then I got a bunch of blue screens.
