I don't really play Guild Wars, but it sounds fun.

You can talk about it here. ^_^

I play Guild Wars, perhaps too often.... :embarrassed:

Still, it's a good game. If anyone wants to party up, just send a whisper to "Jeremiah Astrum." You may want to add me to you friends list first because I may be on a different character.

:D

Well, I suppose the game takes some getting used to... it has a bit steeper of a learning curve compared to the amazingly simplistic World of WarCraft... (Not saying simple is bad, it's actually a good thing...)

Time to FLAUNT my NERDINESS...

*rips off trenchcoat, revealing Guild Wars T-Shirt with an "It's just a flesh wound." and "Vow of Silence" pins*

YES! I play Guild Wars.

Lord Toshiro. Whisper me in game, but I might ignore you due to idiots spamming Guild, Local, or Whispers to me.

Campaigns:

Prophecies: Best Game of the Year

Factions: Collector's Edition

Nightfall: Collector's Edition

Don't thread hijack a Guild Wars thread.

Especially a thread with people who might hunt you down and rip out your organs, one by one.

Also, no. I will /NEVER/ play WoW. Waste of 12 dollars a month for the same thing but with a different leveling system, which is much faster. Level 20s could p00n your level 50s >>"

You're thread hi-jacking in a Guild Wars Thread to a rival game.

GO MAKE YOUR OWN THREAD!

No one in here cares about WoW.

*banishes tom to his own damn thread*

Not to be nerdy, but...

It's graphics aren't BETTER, per-say, but it's much more impressive to see it in full High Def.

WoW Sucks... Thats the end of it.

Now Guild Wars... Thats good, it has a very good system that generally improves gameplay for everyone. The only time that you see everyone that is in a single place is in a town. Here you trade, meet people to party with, buy skills and generally do character stuff. When you have got a party together (that can be just you if you want) you can leave that town and go into an explorable area. In this area, it is only your party, enemies and NPCs. This means there is no spawn-campers or n00bs to spoil your fun (unless there are n00bs in your party, but thats a fact of gaming life). Add on to this a great skill and class system, allowing for hundreds upon thousands of character combinations. That is 30 class combinations, hundreds of skills per class, and a very flexible attribute system. You have a grade-a game.
