ATM im just getting all of the "rare3" armors that are nesicary and stocking up on alot of honey, i dont want to end up with not enough materials

learning every monster right now is what im doing that way i can run this thread more efficiently

Im in full Gobul blademaster right now. Its pretty strong, and you eat food really quickly. Trouble is, its very weak to lightning, so I'm not gonna fight the Lagairicus in this stuff. I'm working on getting full barroth, because its very resistant to lightning and still strong. I could probably get the barroth axe upgrade, then go back and get another axe and upgrade that to follow the lagairicus path, now that I think about it.

And that gigginox is a puppying slut.

Ok, so I am about to fight the Laggy for the Online Urgent Quest, which will be crazy.

BUT

I noticed that there is a Jhen Mohran Event Quest that anyone can do, regardless of Hunter Rank

However, you only Repel it, not killing it. But that doesn't change much!

I noticed I've got plans to make a bunch of different types of armor. I'm considering doing gunner suits for gigginox, rathian, and Lagiacrus.

making an armor set thats got good resistance is just plain annoying, you absolutely must make one for every different monster otherwise the game gets too difficult EVEN if you know how the monster moves, it might catch you off guard once in a while
