what kind of cheesecake should I make this weekend?

got a friend coming over this w/e and it's become a bit of a tradition for us to make cheesecake when she's here.

usually we have a plan.

but this time I have TEN options and really can't narrow it down myself.

cheesecake trifle

mocha

pina coloda

double chocolate

ginger berry

sort of plain with berry sauce

pumpkin spice

lemon bumbleberry

milk chocolate pistachio

mondo mega chocolate

thoughts?

I only had cheesecake once, so don't trist my choice very much, but I say double chocolate.

that one's pretty high on the list. I don't know if you can beat brownie + cheesecake.

but then I also don't know if the irish cream cheesecake we made last time can be beaten. or the mango swirl cheesecake the time before...mmm, I'm looking forward to this weekend!

the place i work at makes really nice cheescake and there normally tends to be some left over, heh heh heh

id say double chocolate as well, but that's just me, definately some interesting flavours in there!

it might come to that, but then I'd just be giving the excess away to co-workers.

...I'm sure they'd curse me, feeding them not one but two kinds of cheesecake.

and it wouldn't be the mango one since we already made that. and holy was it ever a pain. haha, I've actually got a pic of it...

(mango swirl cheesecake, wow it's good except could maybe use a wee bit less sugar)

and while I'm at it...

(irish cream cheesecake, wow it's also good)

the pina coloda one appeals to me as well

but maybe just because I'm a fruit?
