As for putting them in your sig, very simple.

Click on the card image and open up ImageShack. Then click the button that says "Linking Codes". Copy the "Thumbnail for Forums" (1 or 2, it won't matter, but I always use 1 just in case) then paste it into your sig (where you change it in the control panel).

There you go!
